Academic Regulation
- The result declared at the end of the year shall be final and shall not be altered.
- There shall be two Periodic Tests (PT I and PT II) and two Term Exams (Term I and Term II).
- English, Science and Mathematics are compulsory subjects. The students failing in any of these subjects shall not be promoted.
- Apart from Periodic Tests and Term Exams, Monday Test will be conducted every week.
- No arrangements shall be made for holding special examination for absentees after or before the time fixed for examination.
- If the absent is justified the students will be assessed for promotion by giving average to performance in other examinations during the session.
- Parents are requested to put their signature in the test copies / diary and in the Report Card without fail.
- The students who fail in any subject will not be ranked.
- For Promotion the students should have 75% attendance in the academic year.
- Students failing consecutively for 2 years in the same class will be provided with Transfer Certificate.
Discipline
- Students have to be punctual in the school. If they come to school late for the third time, they will not be allowed to attend the classes.
- Students caught using bad or rude language will have to meet severe punishment.
- Students are strictly instructed to speak in English in the school premises and in the vans/buses, failing that, will lead to a fine of Rs. 50.
- No books (other than school text-books, notebooks or library books), magazines or paper should be brought to school.
- The school teachers and the management are not responsible for the loss of the books, copies and other things.
- Neither the teachers nor the management is responsible for the absent days' notes. If the students absent themselves and miss the notes, they have to complete the notes on their own.
- Students should always wear complete uniform with no alteration.
- On their way, to and fro from school, students must be mindful of their conduct. Proper conduct should be maintained in the van/bus too. In case of repeated misconduct found in the van/bus, the concerned students will not be allowed to use the transport facility.
- The school authorities reserve the right to suspend or dismiss a student, at any time, when reason for such a step are valid. The Principal has the discretions to do so on valid reasons like smoking, chewing of pan / pan masala/chewing gum, theft etc.
- All Students must take utmost care in keeping the campus clean. Dustbins must be used for throwing waste materials.
- Students should line up properly to board the vans/buses. They should not board or alight from a moving vans/buses.
- Girls are not allowed to put nail paint and Heena.
- Students are not allowed to enter the school office or Principal's office without the permission of the class-teacher.
- Students should move from one place to another in an orderly manner.
